We work with our clients to develop and implement IP strategies, processes, governance or functions, including setting up and developing internal IP organizations. This can include everything from overall IP strategy and organization to internal processes for invention disclosures, inventors remuneration, IP review committees, annuity and renewal payments, and portfolio management. We can also assist with IP guides and manuals, IP budgeting and financial reporting, selecting and managing external attorneys and support services, and choosing and implementing IP management software systems.

We provide in-house support to our corporate clients on a part- or full-time basis for short- or long-term assignments. Drawing on our long international experience as in-house IP professionals, we can work as an integrated IP function within our clients’ business, either on-site or outsourced. We can provide the services of IP manager, IP attorney, IP paralegal, and IP administrative support.
